Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is a clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services across four California clinic locations: Simi Valley, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and Rancho Cucamonga.
Founded by Dr. Cynthia Conway, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of pediatric experience, our mission is simple:

We’re looking for compassionate, energetic individuals who are excited to help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Whether you’re an experienced RBT or just beginning your ABA career, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Build communication, play, social, daily living, and behavior regulation skills through engaging, evidence-based interventions
- Collect session data and document progress using our electronic medical record system
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development
- Help create a fun, positive, and motivating learning experience for every child
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children
- Comfortable engaging in active play, movement, and physical activities throughout the day
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience in ABA
- Bilingual English/Spanish

Typical Schedule:
- Afternoon/evening availability (2:00 - 7:00 PM)
- Monday-Friday
- Optional Saturday hours available
- Part-Time
