The Logistics

• Target Age Group: A 4-year-old male who is verbal and highly communicative, but needs strong support navigating some moderate-to-severe behavioral challenges.
• The Coordinates: Direct, in-person sessions right in the client's Home located in Putnam Valley, New York (Zip Code: 10579).
• Required Dialect: Must be fluent in English, as well as understanding the tactical genius of a clever 4-year-old.

About the Job (The Actual Reality)

You will be implementing Behavior Intervention Plans. Translating from corporate-speak: you will be helping cool humans learn how to navigate a world that makes no sense.

• You will track data. Yes, you will literally count behaviors to help us find the best ways to support him.
• You will reinforce positive behaviors. This means you will become a hype-man for everyday victories like sharing, transitions, and communication.
• You will get high-fives. Sometimes you will get a bit of chaos. It is a package deal.
• The Schedule: You'll be clocking 25 hours per week during after-school hours.
