Learning Ladders ABA is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly skilled Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to an 8-year-old boy in Mechanicsville, VA.

We are looking for a confident, patient, and dependable professional who has experience supporting children with significant behavioral challenges and is passionate about helping children achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous ABA therapy experience required
• Experience managing challenging behaviors strongly preferred
• RBT certification preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong English communication skills
• Patient, calm, compassionate, and dependable
• Comfortable collaborating with family members in the home environment
• Available for afternoon sessions beginning after 2:00 PM
