Learning Ladders ABA is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy to a 7-year-old girl in Stone Mountain, GA (DeKalb County).

📍 Location: Stone Mountain, GA

🏡 Setting: In-Home ABA Therapy

🕒 Hours: 21 Hours Per Week

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–7:30 PM

👧 Client: 7-Year-Old Girl

💙 What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required
• Previous ABA therapy experience required
• Experience working with children
• RBT certification preferred, but not required
• Energetic, patient, playful, and creative personality
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and compassion

🌱 Your Role

You'll work directly with a child to support growth in communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living skills using individualized ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
