Wrenches Wanted: Strong A Tech or Solid B Tech

Strut Daddy’s Complete Car Care is a fast-growing, high-volume, full-service automotive repair shop looking to bring on an experienced A Tech or a strong B Tech ready to level up

If you’re confident in diagnostics, enjoy steady work, and want to be part of a clean, well-run shop where you’re actually supported (not buried), this is worth a look.

What You’ll Be Doing

We need a tech who can confidently handle:

• General diagnostics and drivability issues
• Brakes, suspension, steering work
• Engine performance and repairs
• Electrical troubleshooting
• A/C and cooling system repairs
• Routine maintenance and inspections

You’ll stay busy with a strong, consistent car count and a steady workflow—no chasing hours here.

Pay & Compensation

• $35 – $45 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
• Overtime available
• Expected Comp: $70K base at MLAP, up to $100K+ total
• Strong earning potential based on production and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• A Tech: 5+ years of experience with strong diagnostic ability
• B Tech: 3+ years of experience with solid mechanical skills
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Pride in quality work and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and basic personal tools
