Compensation: $70,000–$100,000+ OTE (Top Techs $120K+)

About the Role

West Town Monona Tire Company is hiring A & strong B level technicians who want consistent hours, strong leadership, and real earning potential.

Whether you’re a seasoned diagnostic tech or a solid B tech ready to level up, this shop gives you the workflow, support, and volume to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Handle check engine lights, noise concerns, and general repairs
• Work on a mix of vehicles (Euro experience is a plus)
• Maintain strong productivity (target 45–50 flagged hours/week for A techs)

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician
• A Techs: Strong diagnostics, ability to handle complex issues independently
• B Techs: Solid foundation with desire to grow into diagnostics
• Experience with European vehicles (BMW, Land Rover, etc.) is a plus
• Reliable, productive, and team-oriented

Compensation & Pay Structure

• $70K–$100K+ expected earnings
• Top performers earning $120K+
• 100% flat rate
• 40-hour weekly guarantee
