
Salary: $62,000 - $74,000 (salary will be commensurate with experience)

Performs a variety of development and capital project work of the AAHC including research, due diligence and creation of documents related to development such as property acquisition, planning, zoning, brownfield and other grant applications; prepares written project analyses and makes written recommendations; reviews and understands relevant city, state and federal ordinances, codes, laws, programs, etc.; conducts site inspections of existing and planned facilities; assists the Director of Housing and Economic Development, Construction Project Manager and various AAHC consultants as required and performs related work as required.
