1. 承接Corp. HR政策,推展落實於所負責之Account(BG/BU或Fun),以達成Corp. HR政策目標並促進公司策略目標達成。
2. 擔任HR整合性議題主要窗口,串聯HR內部資訊提供諮詢服務,減少客戶溝通成本,提升服務品質
3.依所負責之Account(BG/BU或Fun)所面對的人才議題或發展策略,擬定及展開客製化的選、用、育、留解決方案,以支持用人單位人才需求及策略目標達成。(0->1)
4.收集及了解所負責之Account(BG/BU或Fun)之外部競爭動態(含商務營運及人才結構/需求)與內部人才動態議題,統整分析轉化為資訊,以即時主動提供人才議題評估及解決方案。
5.建立所負責之Account(BG/BU或Fun)之有效CRM系統,系統化紀錄管理Account資訊(含L/L),以提升對Account之人才議題解決品質及服務效率。
