•管理HR系統中的人員資料，進行報表分析，確保數據的準確性與即時性。
•提供HR共享服務，包括HR活動的支援、客戶問題解決、員工與組織批量數據輸入，並在HR系統中HR流程的建置與改善。
•確保HR系統中的數據整合準確並及時更新。
我們希望你具備：
•至少三年的HR相關工作經驗
•優秀的溝通和協調能力，能有效處理團隊合作和客戶查詢。
•熟悉HR系統操作和數據管理，有相關工作經驗者優先。
•注重細節，具備良好的分析和解決問題的能力。
•擁有積極的工作態度，能夠在壓力下保持高效工作。
