Job Description

1. Recruitment Strategy Formulation and Execution:
- Develop and implement talent recruitment and operational strategies based on the company's annual plan and key business priorities.
- Analyze market trends and adjust recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Team Management and Development:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure team performance targets are met.
- Provide professional guidance and career development advice to team members to enhance overall team capabilities.
- Through performance management, career coaching, and guidance, lead the team to generate and propose innovative ideas, and promote career development and the demonstration of future potential.
3. Digital Transformation:
- Lead the team in leveraging artificial intelligence and digital tools for daily operations, and actively participate in digital transformation and system optimization projects to improve operational efficiency and data application capabilities.
4. Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and improve existing recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Use appropriate recruitment tools and methods, such as assessments and interview question sets, to ensure the efficient operation of the recruitment process.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their manpower needs and develop corresponding recruitment plans.
- Participate in departmental meetings to provide professional recruitment advice and support.
6. Candidate Screening and Interviewing:
- Responsible for screening and interviewing candidates for senior positions to ensure the selection of talent that meets company needs.
- Maintain good communication with candidates to ensure a positive impression of the company.
7. Recruitment Data Analysis:
- Analyze recruitment data, evaluate recruitment effectiveness, and propose improvement plans.
- Regularly report recruitment progress and results to senior management.
