Work you’ll do

• Provide leadership in the development and delivery of IT Audit and Analytics services in support of the firm’s Technology Assurance objectives across SEA.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on technology risk and assurance matters.
• Oversee engagements to ensure quality, compliance with professional standards, and alignment with client and firm expectations.
• Lead, develop, and mentor teams, contributing to a strong performance and learning culture within the practice.
• Support broader practice initiatives, including business development, service innovation, and other responsibilities as required by the firm.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience leading a dynamic IT audit and/or risk assessment team.
• Proven track record of leading complex IT audit engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful recommendations.
• Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Studies, Actuarial Science or Cyber Risks or equivalent.
• Pursing or certified with certifications such as CIA, ISMS Lead Auditor, CISA, etc is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework), regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
