Beond, the world’s first premium leisure airline, is seeking highly skilled and experienced A320 Captains to join our growing operation.

As a premium airline, we are redefining the leisure travel experience through a refined product, thoughtful service design and operational excellence. Our Captains play a critical leadership role in upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism and command.

We are currently recruiting A320 Captains for base opportunities in:

• Dubai, UAE (DWC)
• Malé, Maldives (MLE)
• Bahrain (BAH)

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute flights to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew on board.
• Oversee all aspects of the flight, including take-off, landing, and in-flight procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the First Officer to ensure proper communication and teamwork in the cockpit.
• Maintain meticulous records of flight activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Respond to emergency situations quickly and calmly, following established protocols and procedures.
• Act as a positive brand ambassador for Beond and uphold the company's high standards for customer service and luxury travel.

Requirements

• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time, including 1,500 command hours and 500 hours on A320 aircraft.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Experience working in multi-cultural environments.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
