No Weekends

A-Level Technician: $38-$45/Flat Rate Hour
B-Level Technician: $30-$36/Flat Rate Hour

Introduction

We are seeking experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians to join a busy automotive repair facility in Wood River, IL. This is a full-time Monday-Friday position offering competitive flat-rate pay, excellent benefits, ongoing training, and a team-focused work environment. Key Responsibilities

A-Level Technician

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns.
• Complete bumper-to-bumper repairs from diagnosis through completion.
• Perform maintenance, brake, suspension, and mechanical repairs.
• Repair domestic and Asian vehicles.
• Use modern diagnostic equipment and software.
• Mentor and support junior technicians.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

B-Level Technician

• Perform bumper-to-bumper automotive repairs.
• Diagnose and repair common drivability concerns.
• Complete maintenance, brake, suspension, and mechanical repairs.
• Repair domestic and Asian vehicles.
• Use modern diagnostic equipment and software.
• Maintain quality workmanship and productivity.
• Work effectively with the team.

Qualifications

A-Level Technician

• 6+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to complete repairs independently.
• Leadership mindset with a willingness to mentor others.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

B-Level Technician

• 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• At least 2 years of diagnostic experience.
• Strong bumper-to-bumper repair skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Professional and dependable.
