A or B Level Automotive Technician | Hybrid Pay Plan

Location: Glenwood Springs, CO
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay Plan: Hybrid Pay Plan with Base Pay Available
Pay Rate:

• A-Level Technician: $35-$50/hour
• B-Level Technician: $25-$30/hour

Introduction

We are seeking experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians to join a respected automotive repair facility in Glenwood Springs, CO. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with no weekend schedule, a flexible hybrid pay plan, ongoing training, and relocation assistance available. Key Responsibilities

A-Level Technician

• 5+ years professional automotive repair experience
• Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics.
• Complete repairs from diagnosis through final repair.
• Perform general automotive repair and maintenance.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining productivity.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.

B-Level Technician

• 3+ years automotive repair experience
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Perform tire services.
• Complete general automotive repairs.
• Perform basic diagnostics.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

A-Level Technician

• Proven diagnostic experience.
• Heavy diagnostic skills required.
• Proven production history.
• Ability to complete repairs independently.
• Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections.
• Professional, organized, and dependable.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

B-Level Technician

• Proven production history.
• Some diagnostic experience.
• Strong general repair skills.
• Computer proficient.
• Professional and organized.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach.
