Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $33–$45 flat rate (B-Level) | $50–$77 flat rate (A-Level)
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Guarantee: 30-hour weekly guarantee

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician to join a well-established independent repair shop in Selma, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with strong diagnostic abilities who enjoys seeing repairs through from diagnosis to final quality check. You'll work with a supportive team, modern shop technology, ongoing training, and a weekly flat-rate pay plan backed by a 30-hour guarantee.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex automotive concerns on domestic vehicles.
• Complete repairs from diagnosis through final quality inspection.
• Perform maintenance and general automotive repairs.
• Accurately document digital vehicle inspections, repair recommendations, and repair notes using Tekmetric
• Communicate repair findings clearly and professionally with the service team.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong A-Level or experienced B-Level automotive technician.
• Proven diagnostic and repair experience.
• Ability to complete repairs independently from start to finish.
• Experience working on domestic vehicles.
• Diesel repair experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work within Tekmetric
• Professional, organized, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and productivity.

Compensation & Benefits

• Flat-rate pay:
  • B-Level Technician: $33–$45 per flagged hour
  • A-Level Technician: $50–$77 per flagged hour
