Highway Tire & Auto is rapidly growing and looking for a high-performing A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team in Palm City, Florida. Current Shop Statistics

• Labor Rate: $165/hr
• Average Repair Order (ARO): $650
• 75+ vehicles serviced weekly
• Technicians averaging 40–50 flagged hours weekly
• Vehicle Mix:
  • 40% European
  • 40% Domestic
  • 20% Asian

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Ford, and Chevrolet preferred
• Ability to diagnose drivability and complex electrical concerns independently
• Professional attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Ability to mentor and support less experienced technicians when needed
• ASE Certifications are a plus
• Clean driving record preferred

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
