We’re hiring an A-Level Production Technician who can diagnose, produce, and flag hours consistently in a busy, structured shop.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Accurate diagnostics (electrical, drivability, AC systems)
• Bumper-to-bumper repairs
• Maintaining 100%+ efficiency consistently
• Proper inspection and documentation
• Communicating findings with advisors

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)

• 2+ years experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician
• Strong diagnostic ability (not a parts changer)
• Experience with scan tools and modern systems
• Proven ability to maintain 100%+ efficiency
• Own tools required
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred

• ASE certifications
• High-volume or flat-rate shop experience
• TechMetrid experience
