Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $40–$45 per flat-rate hour

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician to join a professional, high-performing automotive repair team in Knoxville, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with strong European vehicle experience who is looking for a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, modern equipment, and a clean, air-conditioned shop. Earn $40–$45 per flat-rate hour with earning potential of up to $120,000+ annually while working in a collaborative environment that values quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair primarily European vehicles.
• Perform repairs from initial diagnosis through final quality inspection.
• Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Prepare repair estimates for recommended services.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and factory software, including ODIS and PIWIS.
• Deliver high-quality repairs while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service and repair quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional European repair experience.
• Strong experience diagnosing and repairing European vehicles.
• Advanced automotive diagnostic skills.
• Experience using ODIS and PIWIS diagnostic software.
• Experience with Tekmetric is a plus.
• Ability to perform repairs independently from diagnosis through completion.
• Experience completing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrated reliability and dependable work history.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
