Location: Waterford, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

The Role

We’re looking for a high-level A-Tech with strong diagnostic skills who can:

• Diagnose complex vehicle issues (electrical, drivability, etc.)
• Perform repairs efficiently and accurately
• Support and collaborate with the team
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing shop environment

This is a key hire and will play a major role in supporting the company’s growth.

Pay & Compensation

• $35–$40/hour base (depending on experience)
• Production bonus (flagged hours over worked hours)
• On-Target Earnings: $100K+

Shop & Work Environment

• 30–50 cars per day
• Average Repair Order: ~$636
• Modern equipment (new scanner, hoists, BG equipment)
• Shop management system: TechMetric
• Clean, organized, professional environment
