A-Level Diagnostic Technician | $100K–$150K+ | M–F

Location: Placentia, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM | Saturday Hours Available (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $33.80+/hour base pay plus performance bonus

Pay Type: Hourly + Performance Bonus

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Earning Potential: $100,000–$150,000+ annually

If you’re an experienced A-Level Technician who can diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and mechanical problems, this opportunity gives you the equipment and vehicle volume to put those skills to work.

The shop services more than 100 vehicles per week, providing a consistent workflow and the opportunity to earn $100,000–$150,000+ annually through hourly base pay and performance bonuses.

You’ll work in a modern facility equipped with advanced diagnostic, alignment, and ADAS technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform advanced electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostics
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Use advanced diagnostic and ADAS equipment
• Interpret diagnostic data and identify the correct repair
• Complete accurate, high-quality repairs
• Maintain strong productivity in a high-volume environment
• Work with the team to support an efficient workflow

What You Need

• At least two years of experience working at an A-Level Technician level
• Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Ability to troubleshoot complex vehicle concerns
• Proven productivity in a fast-paced repair environment
• Professional automotive tools appropriate for your experience

Preferred Experience

• ASE certifications
• Experience in a high-volume automotive repair shop
• ADAS or advanced diagnostic equipment experience
