A-Level Automotive Technician (Up to $150K | High Volume Shop | 40+ Hours Available Weekly)

Rush Automotive in Bastrop is actively hiring an experienced A-Level Technician to support a growing, high-demand shop environment.

We have more work than we can handle and need technicians who can step in and produce immediately. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to maximize earnings in a steady workflow shop.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 – $150,000+ earning potential
• 40+ billed hours per week consistently available
• Performance-based pay plan
• 401k with 6% company match

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs across vehicle systems
• Handle high-volume workflow efficiently
• Maintain productivity at 40+ billed hours per week
• Deliver high-quality, accurate repairs

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician
• A-Level capability (strong across most systems)
• Proven diagnostic skills
• Consistent production history
• Reliable and team-focused
