A-Level Automotive Technician | Earn Up to $100k per Year

Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $40-$50/hour
Pay Type: Hourly plus performance bonuses
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: $80,000-$100,000 annually

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join a well-established independent automotive repair shop in Dallas, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician who can perform advanced diagnostics and repairs from start to finish while earning $40-$50 per hour plus performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and fleet vehicles.
• Complete repairs from diagnosis through final quality inspection.
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric
• Document repair recommendations accurately and thoroughly.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Previous experience in an independent repair shop or dealership.
• Proven ability to perform advanced diagnostics and complete repairs independently.
• Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Strong computer skills and experience using shop management software such as Tekmetric is preferred.
• Fleet repair experience is preferred.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional work ethic.
• Demonstrated reliability, organization, and commitment to quality workmanship.
