What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete vehicle inspections using digital vehicle inspections (DVI)
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
• Perform major mechanical repairs and replacements
• Accurately document findings and recommended repairs
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and productivity
• Collaborate with advisors to keep repairs moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Strong diagnostic and drivability skills
• Minimum 5+ years of automotive experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Experience with electrical diagnostics and complex repairs
• Valid driver's license
• Independent experience over dealership preferred
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
