Pay: $40–$55/hour, based on experience and performance

Shop Hours: Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–5:30 PM / Saturday: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM

About Redhawk Auto Service

Redhawk Auto Service is seeking two experienced A-Level Automotive Technicians in Mission Viejo, CA. This opportunity offers $40–$55/hour based on experience and performance, with a focus on advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and complex repairs. Technicians work on European and Domestic vehicles in a professional, organized shop with steady workflow and support from experienced Service Advisors and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability and engine-performance concerns
• Perform electrical and module-level troubleshooting
• Complete complex mechanical repairs
• Repair brake, steering, and suspension systems
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and technicians
• Mentor developing technicians when desired

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive experience
• A-Level diagnostic and repair capabilities
• Ability to diagnose and complete complex repairs independently
• Strong electrical diagnostic skills preferred
• Clean and organized work habits
• Team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to accurate, high-quality repairs
