The Opportunity

Jesse's Garage, a high-volume automotive repair operation in Sarasota, is seeking a true Production A-Technician who can consistently produce at a high level and wants to be compensated accordingly.

This shop stays busy. The work is there. The earning potential is real.

If you are the technician others turn to for engine work, timing chains, and complex diagnostics, this is where your skill set translates directly into income.

What This Role Demands

Engine R&R
Timing chains
Cylinder heads
Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
Independent research and problem-solving
Consistent 40+ flagged hours per week

This is not a training role It is designed for experienced producers

The Right Fit

5+ years of experience (10+ preferred)

Strong diagnostic capability

Comfortable performing major repairs independently

Production-driven mindset

Experienced in flat-rate pay structures

European experience is preferred, especially in high-Euro volume environments.

Compensation

$40–$55 per flat-rate hour (DOE)

Production bonus structure

$145,000–$160,000 realistic earning potential for strong producers
