Sawma Group is growing fast and looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our high-performing team in Palm City, Florida.

We’re looking for someone with 8+ years of experience who can confidently diagnose, repair, and lead with professionalism across both European and Domestic platforms — especially Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Ford, and Chevrolet.

Shop Stats

• Labor Rate: $165/hr
• Average Repair Order: $650
• 75+ cars serviced weekly
• Technicians averaging 40–50 flagged hours per week

Vehicle Mix:

• 40% European
• 40% Domestic
• 20% Asian

• 1 Master Technician
• 2 B-Level Technicians
• 4 C-Level Technicians
• 2 Service Advisors
• Dedicated Parts Support
• Administrative & Marketing Support Staff

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Solid hands-on experience with:
  • Mercedes-Benz
  • BMW
  • Ford
  • Chevrolet
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• ASE Certifications are a plus
• Clean driving record preferred
