Brent Allen Automotive is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our established, family-owned repair shop in Logan, Utah. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who can confidently produce approximately 40 billable hours per week while working in a spacious, well-equipped facility designed for technician productivity. With steady workflow, long-term stability, earning potential of $72,000–$100,000+ annually, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, you'll join a professional team committed to quality repairs and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bumper-to-bumper automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of vehicle concerns, including drivability and electrical issues.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain productive workflow while consistently producing approximately 40 billable hours per week
• Work collaboratively with a team focused on customer care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• A-Level Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic ability.
• Experience performing bumper-to-bumper repairs independently.
• Strong diagnostic skills, including electrical and drivability troubleshooting.
• Ability to consistently produce approximately 40 billable hours per week
• Previous dealership or independent repair shop experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship.
