You will work in a clean, climate-controlled shop with modern diagnostic equipment, supportive ownership, and customers who regularly approve recommended repairs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform general automotive repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance services
• Perform full vehicle inspections
• Handle removal and replacement work
• Complete larger mechanical repairs as qualified
• Review repair needs and communicate findings clearly
• Use digital vehicle inspection software
• Work primarily on domestic and Asian vehicles
• Occasionally service European and fleet vehicles
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Work closely with the service advisor and other technicians

The workload is approximately evenly divided between diagnostics and maintenance.

• Factory-level diagnostic capabilities for Ford, GM, Toyota, Jeep, and Chrysler
• AutoServe1 digital vehicle inspections
• Professional shop management software
• NAPA AutoCare and TechNet affiliated facility

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to perform both maintenance and advanced repairs
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certifications
• Digital vehicle inspection experience
• Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
• Experience in an independent repair shop
• Broad experience across multiple makes and models

DVI experience is helpful but not required. Training can be provided.
