职位描述
1、熟悉消费电子制造的核心痛点，并且能够根项目需求输出创新自动化解决方案； 2、负责自动化方案设计、评估、落地，并且制定技术规范、验收标准等； 3、熟悉智能制造领域发展趋势，能够引进业界最先进技术，解决产品存在的疑难问题； 4、能够收敛工艺设计规范，并且搭建自动化组装、测试平台，并推动落地；
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，机械相关专业，有自动化机械系统研发经验优先； 2、掌握常见材料成型工艺及设计要求，熟练至少1种设计软件，具有运用仿真工具开展研究经验的优先考虑； 3、善于洞察产品痛点及潜在需求，有强烈的创新意识，对新事物具有好奇心，敢于挑战困难； 4、坚持持续学习，具有较好的自学能力，能够通过自学快速掌握新领域需要的知识技能； 5、具备良好的沟通协调能力，承担过全新产品或平台研发项目落地经验者优先。
