Full Spectrum Search Group is a healthcare recruiting firm focused exclusively on post-acute leadership and administration. We are partnering with a premier skilled nursing operator to identify an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) for a high-performing facility in the Springfield/Battle Creek, Michigan area.

This is a stable, well-performing building with strong census, solid financials, and long-tenured department leadership. The organization is seeking an experienced operator who can bring accountability, leadership structure, and mentorship support. The building has a strong reputation in the market, a recently expanded rehab program, and an in-house dialysis unit that continues to drive skilled census growth.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • Bonus Potential: Up to 65% bonus potential

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day facility operations including clinical, financial, census, and staffing performance
  • Drive accountability and follow-through across department leadership teams
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and maintain survey readiness
  • Monitor census, skilled mix, labor management, and financial performance metrics
  • Support ongoing rehab and dialysis program growth initiatives
  • Foster a positive culture focused on leadership consistency and operational stability

Qualifications

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing setting strongly preferred
  • Stable operational leadership background with strong survey and financial understanding
  • Experience mentoring or partnering closely with nursing leadership teams
  • Strong communication, accountability, and leadership skills
  • Experience operating in fast-paced SNF environments preferred
