Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Texas Nursing Home Administrator license
Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, census development, and financial performance
Experience stabilizing operations or leading facilities through transitions preferred
Ability to quickly assess operational needs and implement effective solutions
Responsibilities
Provide interim leadership and oversight of day-to-day facility operations
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Support department heads and maintain staff engagement during the interim period
Monitor census, financial performance, and operational metrics
Partner with ownership and regional leadership to stabilize operations and implement improvement strategies
Maintain high standards of resident care and clinical quality
