Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in home health
Hospice clinical leadership experience preferred
Multi-site clinical oversight experience
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality metrics, and survey readiness
Demonstrated ability to lead clinical teams and improve patient outcomes
Responsibilities
Provide executive-level oversight of clinical operations across the home health and hospice portfolio
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standards
Lead clinical quality initiatives and performance improvement programs
Mentor and support Directors of Nursing and clinical leadership teams
Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational performance
Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement clinical strategy
