What will I be doing? 

üAs a 911 Database Analyst, you will help support the accuracy and integrity of the 911 system database that supports emergency call routing.

üResponsibilities include managing telephone location records, VoIP, and wireless routing data, and verifying address and telephone information against geo-spatial data resources.

üYou will collaborate with 911 database providers, telephone service providers, VoIP service providers, and wireless service providers to validate and correct data discrepancies.

üThe role also supports the 911 Database Administrator in reviewing and approving wireless traffic plans, conducting field testing, and troubleshooting wireless call routing issues.

Key Qualifications 

üStrong experience in Excel and data analysis; strong attention to detail and accuracy; strong communication skills.

Do you have… 

üBachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study 

ü3 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related duties

Preferred Qualifications

üPrior experience in a 911, telecommunications, or emergency communications environment.
