ALTEN MÉXICO está en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Proyectos altamente calificado para coordinar, planificar y supervisar la ejecución integral de un proyecto Greenfield.
Perfil de Puesto: El Supervisor de Proyectos será responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempos, presupuesto y estándares de calidad. El puesto será responsable de la gestión técnica y administrativa del proyecto, así como de la comunicación efectiva con equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders nacionales e internacionales.
Gestionarás el día a día de la obra, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con nuestro equipo multidisciplinario en un ambiente dinámico.

Experiencia:
5 a 8 años o más de experiencia en supervisión de proyectos en sectores industriales, preferentemente en gestión de proyectos de construcción civiles, en áreas eléctricas y mecánicas
Experiencia en proyectos Greenfield (deseable).
Experiencia en supervisión de obra y cálculo estructural.
Habilidades y Competencias:
Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
Buen manejo de AutoCAD.
Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
Conocimientos sólidos en cálculo y análisis estructural.
Interpretación de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
Educación:
Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil (preferente)
