Roche Diagnostics Corporation seeks a Strategic Consultant at its Indianapolis, IN location.
Duties: Analyze complex healthcare and operational challenges and identify efficient and scalable solutions. Plan, manage, and lead consulting engagements that evaluate healthcare systems, develop improved processes, and ensure solutions meet operational and user requirements across the US. Design and implement process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies such as Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality of care delivery. Use analytical methods and data analysis tools to evaluate performance, support consulting recommendations, and guide strategic decision making for healthcare organizations. Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure process effectiveness, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement. Collect and analyze operational and clinical data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and measure performance against established process requirements. Align process improvement initiatives with identified performance gaps and provide recommendations on process redesign and re-engineering techniques to improve operational performance and service quality. Conduct cost and benefit analyses to evaluate proposed solutions and support decision making, and deliver presentations and training programs on process improvement, performance measurement, quality enhancement. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, information technology teams, and global operational/consulting teams, to develop and implement strategic solutions that address organizational priorities and challenges.
Education and Experience Requirement: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, engineering, or healthcare-related field or related field and 3 years of experience as Healthcare Consultant or related position.
Specials Skills Requirement: 1 year of experience must include:
100% telecommuting permitted from any US location
50% travel (Fully reimbursed) to unanticipated worksites in the South Central, Rocky Mountains, Sierra Coast, and Pacific Southwest to visit client sites.

The expected annual salary range for this position based on the primary location for this position of Indianapolis, Indiana is $168,816 to $224,400 per year. Actual pay within the range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
