Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report key governance, risk, compliance, and performance indicators across projects and services.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management oversight and decision-making.
  • Support compliance reviews and monitor adherence to established processes, methodologies, and standards.
  • Maintain governance documentation, templates, registers, and repositories.
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect data and track risks, issues, actions, and improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in process improvement, governance, and standardization initiatives.
  • Support audits, assessments, awareness sessions, and training activities related to GRC practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in governance, project management, risk management, quality assurance, compliance, audit, or related functions.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship or academic experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI capabilities) and the ability to leverage them to improve productivity, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of project management, risk management, process improvement, or financial management concepts is an advantage.
  • Exposure to standards and frameworks such as ITIL, PMBOK, ISO, Six-sigma or similar is an advantage.
