Job Description

The CEC 811 Digital Officer will be a vital part of our Digital Banking Contact Centre, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The officer will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information and resolving their queries efficiently.
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately assess and understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Provide clear and concise information about our products and services, promoting a comprehensive understanding.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner, offering suitable solutions.
  • Conduct cross-selling activities, identifying opportunities to upsell and promote additional bank offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy and security.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and efficient issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Actively contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
