職務内容
半導体新工場のプロセスの分析・改善・安定性保持を担い顧客に技術的ソリューションを提供するエンジニアのポジションです。
主な業務：
1. 新製品の認定とマザー工場からの技術移管
2. プロセス設計の弱点や製造ツールの問題を特定するためのビッグデータ分析
3. 各製品の歩留まりと性能を向上させるための実験の設計、実行、分析
4. エンジニアリングチームと連携し、プロセスの安定性を維持して、顧客に技術的なソリューションを提供すること。
5. 24時間365日稼働の量産環境において、夜勤シフト、週末オンコールシフトあり
応募資格
1. 電気工学、材料科学、または物理学分野の学士号以上。修士号、博士号があれば尚可
2. 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人能力
3. 多様な背景を持つ、機能横断的かつ地理的に分散したチームで働くことができること
4. マルチタスクの業務が可能で、ダイナミックでスピーディーな環境で活躍できるチームプレーヤー
※一部シフト勤務(3週間毎に週末勤務あり)
