Job Description

Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Atlanta, GA location. This leadership role is responsible for managing branch performance across sales, customer service, operations, and team leadership while ensuring overall profitability and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, the ability to motivate teams, and a customer-focused mindset. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving branch operations, and maintaining a high-performing, service-oriented culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective business performance
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve branch revenue goals
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to attract new customers and retain existing accounts
  • Lead, coach, and support branch employees to drive performance, accountability, and professional development
  • Partner with sales teams to improve customer engagement and overall branch profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customer service by resolving customer concerns and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Manage operational functions including inventory control, cash management, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage branch personnel
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment
  • Work closely with regional and corporate leadership to align branch operations with company objectives
  • Prepare and provide branch performance reporting, operational updates, and business insights to leadership


Requirements

  • Previous leadership or management experience in a branch, operations, distribution, manufacturing, or related environment preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and operational results
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing employee performance, coaching, and accountability
  • Ability to analyze business performance and implement process improvements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems/CRM platforms preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
