In the role of Client Services Representative, we will be a strong advocate for our clients, both internal and external. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a go getter! Take initiative when the opportunity presents itself.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
- Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and assigned clients.
- Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client.
- Prepare activity reports as required by managements and each client.
- Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests while exhibiting a sense of urgency.
- Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Personality: a dynamic, growth minded employee who is most comfortable being themselves!
- At a minimum, at least one year of experience in a warehouse customer service environment preferred, a 3PL environment is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with warehouse technology as well as MS Suite products.
- Excellent communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This is somewhat a sedentary role. Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50lbs may at times be expected.
- Specific vision abilities may be required for this role.  These abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, as well as good depth perception.
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- You will need to be able to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch when needed.
- Repetitive movements are a big part of our environment, so you will need to be able to use your hands and feet simultaneously.
- This is a warehouse environment, so it consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot.
- If you are operating Industrial Lift Equipment, you will need to be able to get on and off the equipment on a regular basis.  Certain equipment may expose you to heights as well.
- There can be exposure to loud noises and dust.
- You will have regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving equipment.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Bilingual is a plus
