Job Location: Bolingbrook 2 3PL - Bolingbrook, IL 80011
Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

As a Symbia Logistics Fulfillment Associate, we want a creative and dynamic individual to perform various warehouse activities. Don’t worry about getting bored, because your activities and cross training may include receiving, data input, sorting, loading, and unloading, as well as using up to date technology to work in packaging and scanning products. Of course, there are inventory duties, organizing, processing and the obvious job of pick/pack/ship exciting products for our amazing clients! The right candidate will have a strong attention to detail as you will also be inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a go getter! Take initiative to process, pack, and ship orders accurately and timely.
- Employees will need to be good with written directions and utilizing RF guns which will be directing you.
- Compete against yourself and others! Symbia sets reasonable performance standards allowing you to compete against your previous best, as well as your teammates.
- We want team members who are going to lead by example in an ethical manner, doing the right thing even when no one is looking!
- Some of our clients offer amazing products require exciting packaging, so kitting and/or combining SKU’s may be involved.
- Maintain inventory of products and help to restock or replenish.
- Inspect products for damages and report findings to your supervisor.
- Cleanliness is important, so we need you to help maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Receive and appropriately sort and store incoming products.
- Be the last line of defense before orders reach our clients by preparing products for shipping and ensuring accuracy against packing slips.
- We want you to go home in the same condition you come to work in, so we need you to follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Personality: a dynamic, growth minded employee who is most comfortable being themselves!
- High school diploma is preferred, but a GED and prior experience is ok too!
- Work experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, so we prefer 1-2 years of prior experience.
- Strong working knowledge and prior experience with warehouse data systems.
- Excellent communication and inventory skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50lbs.
- Specific vision abilities may be required for this role. These abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, as well as good depth perception.
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Expectation is at least two hours straight, four times in an eight-hour day.
- You will need to be able to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis.
- Repetitive movements are a big part of our environment, so you will need to be able to use your hands and feet simultaneously.
- This is a warehouse environment, so it consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot.
- If you are operating Industrial Lift Equipment, you will need to be able to get on and off the equipment on a regular basis. Certain equipment may expose you to heights as well.
- There can be exposure to loud noises and dust.
- You will have regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving equipment.
