TITLE: Sr. 1 Maintenance Technician

POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for maintenance work and electrical work on our fully automated processing lines. The incumbent will make necessary repairs to ensure a safe, efficient and high-quality production operation. As part of our maintenance team, you will be working closely with our Engineering team, Plant Management and Production. You need to be self-driven and able to handle stressful situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• EXCELLENT Mechanical Abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Integrity and great work ethics
• 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance
• Industrial Mechanical and electrical experience
• Working in a team environment
• Use of a CMMS
• Ability to plan and organize work independently
• Excellent troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to Safety
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

• Plastics processing
• Trouble shoot and deal with Mechanical and Electrical issues
• Automation and Controls
• Hydraulics and Pneumatics
• Water flow and Heat transfer applications
• Welding
• Electric

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:
• Plant environment

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:
• Some stair climbing, lifting 25 pounds or more
