Job Description

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain corporate data lake infrastructure, database systems, and management reporting platforms to support accurate, reliable, and scalable business analytics.
  • Develop and optimize enterprise ETL pipelines using SSIS and Infor ETL tools to extract, transform, and load data from ERP systems (Infor LN / Baan) into corporate data lake environments.
  • Perform SQL Server database administration activities, including database maintenance, data refresh scheduling, access management, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
  • Manage data integration processes and ensure data quality, consistency, availability, and integrity across multiple business systems.
  • Analyze manufacturing and business data to support operational improvement, performance monitoring, and management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and translate business needs into technical data solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to support management reporting and business insights.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and implementing modern data technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and AI-driven analytics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to improve business processes and productivity.
  • Provide technical support for data platforms, ETL processes, reporting systems, and user-related issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including data architecture, system specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions to improve data literacy and promote effective use of analytics tools.
  • Lead or support data migration, system enhancement, and technology improvement projects according to business requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in MS SQL Server, SQL DBA, and ETL development (SSIS).
  • Strong experience in SQL reporting, data analysis, and business requirement gathering.

  • Experience in electronic manufacturing (EMS) environment preferred.

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Infor LN/Baan ERP is an advantage.
