This company is a vertically integrated mechanical solutions provider specializing in metal stamping, metal fabrication, plastic injection molding, and tool and mold development. It operates a large manufacturing facility equipped with advanced technology and machinery.

s:

• You shall report to the Finance Manager;
• Handle full spectrum of financial account and Month End closing activities, inclusive preparing year ended/month ended financial reporting, journal entry and monthly schedules to management/holding company;
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting to management/holding company before the reporting deadline;
• Fixed Assets Management;
• To supervise on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable area;
• To assist to attend to Auditor and Tax Agent queries, and to check on audited report and tax report submitted by auditor and tax agent as and when required.
• To assist in supervising the Accounting team, and ensure all daily, weekly and monthly tasks are being carried out in accordance to Singapore holding company.
• To attend to any other duties as assigned by your Superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, Professional Certificate (Eg: Partial completion of ACCA, LCCI, CAT, etc), Diploma or higher
• 3 Years Working experience in accounts executive level or above is preferred
• Inter-personal and communication skill, Microsoft Excel/Words, Costing knowledge is advantages, etc
• Malaysia GST & SST knowledge and working experience is preferred
• Full-time positions available.
