s:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, allowance and deductions, bonuses, leave,taxation,payslip and maintain proper record.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g: EPF,SOCSO,EIS,PCB,HRDF ect).
• Responsible for the prepare, keeping and maintenance of employee personal records.
• Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly & monthly payroll related report, reconciliation and audit documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting submission to the management and government authorities.
• Responsible for ensuring timely recruitment of right candidates with right pay.
• Draft employment agreement, disciplinary letter, and relevant HR letter.
• Verify attendance record and invoices for third party subcontractors.
• Monitor and renew subcontractor/service agreements.
• Administrative support for medical panel systems, employee claims, HR invoicing and procurement, travel arrangements, filing, etc.
• Any duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in human resource management or equivalent
• Up to two (3) years of experience in Human Resources functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Prior exposure to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements and practices and eexperience in performing supervisory duties will be considered an added advantage
• Conversant in English / Malay / Mandarin
• Positive attitude, high level of integrity, able to work with others independently
• Ability to work under tight dateline and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
