Job Description

A Malaysia-based precision manufacturing and engineering company specializing in plastic engineering, thermoforming, CNC machining, fabrication, and module assembly. It serves industries such as semiconductors, medical devices, electronics, aerospace, and industrial equipment, providing high-quality custom manufacturing solutions for global customers. Located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, the company is part of an international manufacturing group with operations across multiple regions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Primary contact for client queries, requests and issue resolutions
• Analyze and provide sales targets (part numbers and quantities) for S&OP planning, based on customer- demand forecasts to align sales, inventory, and operations with order and delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams, acting as the voice of the customer
• Reporting and Analysis for both internal and external stakeholders on the account's health: On TimeDelivery, Quality and Revenue Performance
• Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to grow account value

 Requirements:

• Great knowledge about technical, business and financial skills, creative problem solver
  
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, written communication skills and presentation
  
• Excellent multitasking skills to manage account activities
  
• Ability to resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and timely
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, Master's degree is a plus but not required
  
• Minimum 4 years of similar responsibilities in a manufacturing environment, inclusive of 2 years in a lead role. Semiconductor manufacturing environment is a plus
• Able to travel within Southeast Asia as required (light, at most up to 20 days/year, flexible to
  accommodate customer and market demands)
