Job Description

An established electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, this company plays a critical role in delivering high-quality electronic products to global markets.

s:

  • Ensure accurate customer data management, sales, and order administration to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Actively participate in raw material, packaging, and finished goods costing, and prepare monthly reports on material costs, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Develop NPI build quotations, prepare BOM and service costs, and compile bid packs for new projects.
  • Monitor inventory turnover, compare standard versus actual costs, and analyze costs and profit by customer/product.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial operations, program administration, or costing analysis within a manufacturing environment.
  • Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, Program Management, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proven experience in cost analysis, BOM costing, material costing, and budget preparation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for cost modeling and reporting would be advantageous.
  • Quality Management Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO quality management systems or experience in ISO-certified manufacturing environments is a plus.
