Job Description

The company is a leading provider of electronic manufacturing services (EMS) specializing in the design, development, and production of high-quality electronic components and assemblies. Located in Malaysia, the company serves a wide range of industries, including consumer electronics, automotive, telecommunications, healthcare, and industrial applications. The company looking for Account Officer (GL) to ensure accurate financial records, support accounting operations, and maintain compliance.

• Manage and maintain the general ledger (GL), ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Perform accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, and HR) to support financial processes and resolve discrepancies.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing or EMS industry.

  Proficient in ERP/Accounting systems (e.g., SAP, IFS) and Microsoft Excel.

  Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

  Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
