Job Description

A Malaysia-based Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, specializing in PCB production, design, industrialization, and repair services. Serving industries like connectivity, electrification, medical, industrial, located in Johor, it supports regional and international markets with advanced manufacturing solutions.

• Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and customer-specific requirements.
• Own customer quality performance manage complaints, root cause analysis (8D), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final quality control for SMT, PCBA, box build, and final assembly.
• Drive process quality improvements using tools such as SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, and risk analysis.
• Lead and manage internal audits, supplier audits, and customer audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs (FPY, DPPM, scrap, rework, customer returns).
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Develop, coach, and lead the Quality team (QA/QC/Engineers/Inspectors).
• Ensure compliance with ESD control, RoHS, REACH, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support NPI, pilot runs, and mass production transfer from a quality perspective.

Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 8–12 years of quality experience in the EMS / Electronics Manufacturing environment, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of SMT, PCBA, electronics assembly, and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with ISO systems, customer audits, and supplier quality management.
• Solid problem-solving skills (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, SPC).
• Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
