Job Description

The company provides product design, engineering, and manufacturing services, supporting industries such as medical, industrial, and smart technologies. Its Johor Bahru facility offers engineering expertise, production, and supply chain support, helping clients deliver high-quality products efficiently to regional and global markets.

  • Plan and manage project procurement timelines to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Coordinate with project teams to align resource and scheduling needs.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and budgets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and supplier performance using ERP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate reports and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize procurement processes.

  • Job Requirements:
    • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
    • Good knowledge in ERP system e.g. SAP, IFS, etc. and procurement tools.
    • Experience in material planning & purchase for mass production/ project buy, supporting prototype materials purchase in NPI phase.
    • Familiar with ISO9001 quality system, ISO13485.
    • Able to lead and support ISO audit activities for purchasing functions.
